I understand that dog training involves inherent risks, both known and unknown. I acknowledge that there are certain risks associated with dog training, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or any other harm that may arise from my dog's participation in training sessions or activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the training provided by Kei's K9s Dog Training Academy.

I acknowledge that as the owner and handler of my dog, I am solely responsible for my dog's behavior, actions, and any consequences that may arise from it. I understand that Kei's K9s Dog Training Academy cannot be held accountable for any behavior, actions, or incidents involving my dog during or after the training sessions.

I, on behalf of myself, my family members, heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Kei's K9s Dog Training Academy, its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my dog's participation in the training services provided by KeiTrainsDogs. This waiver applies to any injury, loss, damage, or harm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold Kei's K9s Dog Training Academy harmless from any claims, demands, or actions, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of my dog's behavior or any actions taken by my dog during or after the training sessions.

I grant Kei's K9s Dog Training Academy permission to use photographs or videos of my dog taken during training sessions for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. I understand that I can opt out of this at any time.
